DESCRIPTION
The 74AC/ACT1190 high-performance CMOS devices combine very high speed and high output drive comparable to the most advanced TTL families.
The 74AC/ACT1190 is an asynchronously presettable up/down BCDE decade counter. It contains four master/slave flip-flops with internal gating and steering logic to provide asynchronously preset and synchronous count-up and count-down operation.
