A1201LUA-T屬于傳感器變送器的磁性傳感器-開關(guān)（固態(tài)）。由Allegro MicroSystems制造生產(chǎn)的A1201LUA-T磁性傳感器 - 開關(guān)（固態(tài)）該系列產(chǎn)品使用固態(tài)技術(shù)來檢測是否存在超過某個特定幅度和/或標(biāo)示的磁場，并提供指示是否存在此類磁場的雙態(tài)輸出。它們與磁簧開關(guān)以及線性或羅盤型固態(tài)器件不同，前者通過使用移動機(jī)械部件來提供類似的功能，后者提供指示所施加磁場的強(qiáng)度和/或方向的可變輸出。
Description
The Allegro? A1201, A1202, A1203, and A1204 Hall-effect bipolar switches are next-generation replacements and extension of the popular Allegro A3134, A3133, and A3132 bipolar switch product line. Overall, the A120x family, produced with BiCMOS technology, consists of continuous-time devices that feature fast power-on time and low-noise operation. Device programming is performed after packaging, to ensure increased switchpoint accuracy by eliminating offsets that can be induced by package stress. Unique Hall element geometries and low offset amplifiers help to minimize noise and to reduce the residual offset voltage normally caused by device overmolding, temperature excursions, and thermal stress.
