ACST2屬于分立半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)品的晶閘管-TRIAC。由意法半導(dǎo)體集團制造生產(chǎn)的ACST2晶閘管 - TRIAC晶閘管可沿一個方向或在半個 AC 周期內(nèi)傳導(dǎo) AC（交流電）。當(dāng) TRIAC（三極管 AC）的門極被觸發(fā)時，即會沿任一方向傳導(dǎo)電流。其他名稱包括雙向三極晶閘管或雙側(cè)三極晶閘管。TRIAC 分為無緩沖器、Alternistor、內(nèi)部觸發(fā)、邏輯門和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型，安裝方式包括底座、表面或通孔安裝。這些器件可根據(jù)斷態(tài)電壓、通態(tài)電流、保持電流和門極觸發(fā)電壓進行選擇。

Description

The ACST2 series belongs to the ACS?/ACST

power switch family. This high performance

device is suited to home appliances or industrial

systems and drives loads up to 2 A.

This ACST2 switch embeds a Triac structure with

a high voltage clamping device to absorb the

inductive turn-off energy and withstand line

transients such as those described in the

IEC 61000-4-5 standards. The component needs

a low gate current to be activated (IGT < 10 mA)

and still shows a high electrical noise immunity

complying with IEC standards such as

IEC 61000-4-4 (fast transient burst test).
