    BP1361 是一款驅(qū)動(dòng)高亮度LED 的降壓恒流源，芯片外部采用很少的元器件，為MR16 LED 燈杯、LED舞臺燈、車載LED 燈、太陽能LED 燈和LED 路燈提供一個(gè)極高性價(jià)比的解決方案。BP1361 輸入電壓范圍從5 伏到30 伏，輸出電流通過采樣電阻設(shè)定，單顆LED 最大輸出電流可達(dá)800mA。BP1361采用專利技術(shù)的恒流控制方法使得LED 電流精度高達(dá)±3％。BP1361 通過DIM 引腳接受0.5-2.5V的模擬調(diào)光以及頻率范圍很寬的PWM 調(diào)光。當(dāng)DIM的電壓低于0.3V 時(shí)，功率開關(guān)關(guān)斷，BP1361 進(jìn)入極低工作電流的待機(jī)狀態(tài)。 BP1361 內(nèi)置功率開關(guān)，根據(jù)不同的輸入電壓，BP1361 可以驅(qū)動(dòng)多顆1 瓦或3 瓦的LED。內(nèi)部包含過溫保護(hù)功能，LED 短路和開路保護(hù)功能。 BP1361 采用SOT89-5 封裝。
