■GENERALDESCRIPTION

The MYRBP-W/B series is a synchronous step-up mini DC/DCconverter

which integrates an inductor and a control IC in one tiny package (2.0mm×2.5mm, h=1.0mm).

A stable step-up power supply is configured using only two capacitors connectedexternally.

An internal coil simplifies the circuit and enables minimization of noise and other operational trouble due to the circuitwiring.

A wide operating voltage range of 0.65V to 6.0V enables support for applications that require an internally fixed output voltage (2.2V to 5.5V).

PWM control (MYRBP-W) or automatic PWM/PFM switching control (MYRBP-B) can beselected.

Duringthedevicesenterstand-bymode,MYRBP-WD/BDtypespreventtheapplicationmalfunctionbyCLDischargeFunctionwhichcanquicklydischargetheelectricchargeattheoutputcapacitor(CL).MYRBP-W/BtypesisabletodriveRealTimeClocketc.
