NCP6132屬于集成電路（IC）的特殊用途穩(wěn)壓器。由安森美半導(dǎo)體公司制造生產(chǎn)的NCP6132特殊用途穩(wěn)壓器該系列產(chǎn)品用于電源控制、某種形式的轉(zhuǎn)換，適用于特定的復(fù)雜應(yīng)用。因此，各種產(chǎn)品特性集差異較大，包括空燃比傳感器接口、汽車交流發(fā)電機電壓調(diào)節(jié)、DDR 端接、液體透鏡控制、摩托車轉(zhuǎn)向信號控制、熱電 (peltier) 冷卻器控制、壓電觸覺控制、閥門控制、小型發(fā)動機管理等。
The NCP6132 dual output three plus two phase buck solution is
optimized for Intel IMVP-7 and VR12 compatible CPUs. The
controller combines true differential voltage sensing, differential
inductor DCR current sensing, input voltage feed-forward, and
adaptive voltage positioning to provide accurately regulated power for
both Desktop and Notebook applications. The control system is based
on Dual-Edge pulse-width modulation (PWM) combined with DCR
current sensing providing the fastest initial response to dynamic load
events and reduced system cost. It also sheds to single phase during
light load operation and can auto frequency scale in light load while
maintaining excellent transient performance.
