Featuring high capacitance at high voltage and temperature, Type NHR-SlimpackTM offers considerable size and cost advantages over series-parallel banks of wet tantalum capacitors. Their applications in down-hole tools, military, and aerospace allow for solutions that use fewer components, lower weight, lower cost and improved reliability compared with banks of wet tantalum capacitors. Their rugged construction withstands vibration up to 80g.
