VLMU35CR4x-275-120 is a high efficiency UVC LED series

with focus on maximum mW/$.

The package size is 3.45 mm x 3.45 mm x 1.7 mm and the

radiant power is typically 37 mW at 250 mA in a wavelength

range of 265 nm to 280 nm, highly suitable for sterilization

applications. The thermally optimized package technology

with ceramic substrate and a quartz window, ensures a long

service life.
