The YD0510 is a low dropout 5V regulator IC with control output.

The characteristics of this circuit are as follows:

Low energy loss (at Io=1.0A, the maximum input-output voltage difference is only 0.5V);

The output current reaches 1.0A;

5V output voltage accuracy is high (up to ± 3.0);

Control output is simple;

With overcurrent, overheat protection;

It is available in a small compact package (TO-220-4).
