英飛凌（Infineon）正式發(fā)布了CDM10V。這款結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、高度集成的LED調(diào)光IC，可讓工程師以一個(gè)IC替代傳統(tǒng)調(diào)光方案中的多個(gè)分立器件。減少調(diào)光電路組件數(shù)量和占板空間達(dá)70%。英飛凌的CDM10V是業(yè)界第一款單芯片照明接口IC，能將0-10V模擬輸入轉(zhuǎn)換成主控IC所需的PWM或調(diào)光輸入信號(hào)。該信號(hào)是通過光耦進(jìn)行傳輸?shù)?mAPWM信號(hào)，占空比范圍0-100%。
CDM10V可用于多種不同的商業(yè)和工業(yè)LED照明應(yīng)用，關(guān)鍵參數(shù)可進(jìn)行一次性配置，比如最小占空比（1-10%）、PWM輸出頻率（200Hz-2kHz）、調(diào)光器/電阻器偏置電流（50μA-500μA）以及“dim-to-off”功能。此外，在啟用“dim-to-off”功能的情況下，該IC還可以接受PWM輸入。
CDM10采用6引腳的SOT封裝，非常適用于高組件密度的小型化PCB設(shè)計(jì)。Vcc11~25V的供電電壓范圍，確保兼容常見LED照明應(yīng)用，包括槽燈、射燈、壁燈、辦公室照明和廣告燈箱。CDM10V是英飛凌相關(guān)照明產(chǎn)品組合的一部分，包括控制IC和MOSFET。

CDM10v, the Coolest Dimming solution is a fully integrated 0-10 V dimming interface IC and comes in a 6 pin SOT package to cover space requirements on small PCBs.The device is targeted for various dimming applications in lighting. The IC can be used to transmit analog voltage based signals from a 0-10 V dimmer or potentiometer to the dimming or PWM input of a lighting controller IC in the form of a current based PWM signal to drive an external opto-coupler.
CDM10V replaces many components in a traditional solution and reduces BOM and PCB space significantly. It supports active and passive dimming as well as Dim-to-Off with PWM input possibility. One solution for various applications. The one-time-programming interface allows a wide range of configurations.
